Abstract: The Gran Teatro Nacional, an institution of the Ministry of Culture of Peru, is a lively, dynamic space, in constant motion, that offers a lot of performing arts shows 365 days a year. This cultural offer is possible thanks to the work of a great team that designs and attends in a very rigorous way a program aimed at different audiences. Thus, we plan each of our shows with the quality and professionalism demanded by large-scale scenic proposals today. All this allows us to gather different artistic expressions not only from Peru, but from the world. Here is a fundamental value that characterizes us: our shows are at the level of those presented in the best stages of the planet. The Gran Teatro Nacional (GTN) represents diversity and at the same time a lot of planning. Artists from different disciplines and profiles have a space in the theater. Not only do we encourage and encourage a city like Lima to have a meeting point for different scenic proposals, but we inspire our audience through them. We have the latest technical resources and constantly innovate: our theatrical mechanics, acoustics, lighting, rehearsal rooms, among other technical aspects, allow us to carry out a logistic deployment according to the highest standards in the world. We know that part of our mission is to boost the growth of our audience. Thanks to our programs, in the line of Education and Community, we impact and stimulate the taste for the arts in new audiences. And, in this formative path, we present the GTN as what it is and always will be: a close, friendly and easily accessible place.
