Municipal de Santiago, the main opera house of Chile, its a 160 years old. Located in the historical center of this capital close to parks, museums, cultural centres, bars, restaurants and hotels. The neighborhood also concentrates different services, such as restaurants, cafes, clothing and furniture stores, bookshops, lodging, theater rooms, art academies, among others. Its most characteristic streets are Mosqueto, José Miguel de la Barra, Ismael Valdés Vergara, among others. It can be reached quickly as it is within walking distance of the Metro station Bellas Artes.

Fifteen minutes separates the air terminal of the city and the main tourist districts of Santiago.
