The Teatro Solís opens the call for the 31 spots of extras for the productions of Die Zauberflöte and Rigoletto. The deadline to apply is until this Monday, July 15.

The Department of Culture of the Municipality of Montevideo, the Teatro Solís, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Montevideo and the Symphonic Band of Montevideo summon actors and actresses to audition for the role of «Figurantes» of the Opera Season 2019, in the productions of Die Zauberflöte by W. Amadeus Mozart and Rigoletto by G. Verdi.

AUDITION DIE ZAUBERFLÖTE
Quantity: 16 men
Conditions:

• Between 18 and 45 years
• Agility and physical dexterity
• Availability of time for rehearsals and functions

It will be valued: Actoral training and musical and rhythmic sensitivity.

AUDITION RIGOLETTO I
Quantity: 7 females / 7 males
Conditions:

• Men and women over age
• Dancers / as
• average stature high
• time availability for rehearsals and performances

Will be assessed: acting training and musical and rhythmic sensibility.

AUDICIÓN RIGOLETTO II
Quantity: 1 woman for complete nude
Conditions:

• Woman between 18 and 25 years old
• Small build
• Do not be afraid of heights
• Availability of time for rehearsals and functions

It will be valued: Actoral training and musical and rhythmic sensitivity.

Registration
The registrations of the applicants are made exclusively by completing the form. They will receive the citation via mail of the day and time to present themselves to the selection.

Deadlines
The deadline for registration expires on Monday, July 15th at 3:00 pm, unfailingly.
<br>
Results
The selected will be announced on Friday, July 19 through email. Once selected, they must necessarily comply with the stipulated tests, general rehearsal, pre-general and the functions, in flexible schedules and at the request of the production. They will be remunerated through an artistic cooperative, the interested person having to pronounce the moment of contracting.
